Gregory Casale, Attorney - Founder Attorney Gregory Casale is a lifelong resident of Worcester and Shrewsbury Massachusetts. Born in Worcester, MA in 1957, he graduated from Shrewsbury High School in 1975 and started his first career in High Tech at Prime Computer in 1977. When the company went out of business in 1990, he returned to school and embarked on a new journey which led to Clark University where he graduated with Honors and a Bachelor's Degree in 1993 and then to Boston College Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1997. He passed the bar in 1998 and opened his first office, Gregory Casale Attorney At Law, on Rt. 9 in Shrewsbury that same year. In 2005 the office was moved to its current location at 316 Main St., Suite 400, Worcester, MA 01608 just across the street from the new Worcester Court House. In 2006 he opened a satellite office on Cape Cod in Mashpee, located at 33 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649. In the first several years the office was truly a general practice firm, handling a wide range of practice areas. Since that time, Attorney Casale has narrowed the focus to the three primary areas that he truly enjoys, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Real Estate Conveyances, representing Buyers, Sellers and Lenders. Attorney Casale continues to handle a few additional areas such as the Probate and Administration of Estates and simple Estate Planning including Wills, Living Wills, Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorney and Homestead Declarations. We have found it far better to do a few things very well than to try to do it all.
Kim Jennette, Paralegal - Secretary Kim joined the team in 2007 and has quickly made her presence felt. Kim graduated in 2007 from Northeastern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and has jumped right in utilizing her excellent professional and organizational skills to keep the office running smoothly. "She is our point person being the first contact that our clients have with the firm." Kim's pleasant and professional manner set the tone for the office. Her excellent research and writing skills provide insight to the nuance of the law that often underly the basis for an early dismissal or directed verdict. |
